I’m sorry, but Vogue magazines needs fresh bloods….. carine, Anna wintour had their moments but it’s not the 90`s anymore, the golden age of Supermodel was over….. time have an editor who got the “pulse”of the younger generation!
Rachel Zoe?

Really interested in what Robin Givhan is doing, would love to see her heading up a magazine! She is so knowledgeable and intelligent with her commentary.

It’s such a pity. VP is not the same without her. I hope her successor will be someone who knows the VP-stories.

omg did she really did that to Balenciaga??

PeterModelObsessed, Carine was at Vogue Paris from 2000 so wasn’t anything to do with the real Supermodel era. I think she is very clever, but change is always interesting. The new editor would be one of the most powerful and influential people in fashion, and would have to have a strong personality and creativity for that to work.

Rachel Zoe? The day she’s at the helm of Vogue is the day I stop reading Vogue!

WHAT? DUDE THIS IS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT THE MAGAZINE HAS EVER DONE! WHAT SHE ALLEGEDLY DID TO BALENCIAGA WAS WRONG BUT TO REPLACE HER IS LIKE REPLACING THE BEST EDITOR OF ALL THE VOGUES! VOGUE PARIS WAS AS LIVELY AS AMERICAN VOGUE AND AS HIGH FASHION AS VOGUE ITALIA! VOGUE PARIS WAS THE BEST! ROITFELD SHOULD ACTUALLY REPLACE WINTOUR!

Rachel Zoe understands and breathe Fashion. That’s her Life. Plus she understands celebrity.
This is a new era now. The Game changed. Zoe is more accessible to the fashionable public than wintour. She connects to Mainstream.
She might never be picked, but she’ll be a good candidate for the job.

Is she really fired? Who is going to replace her would be very interesting. Now I am like watching The Devil wears Prada.
I don’t understand french but I love VP than any other Vogue.

Rachel Zoe!?!?! I hope you were just joking…. ROFL!

Why is Rachel Zoe a joke?
To the 20`s and early 30`s kids and celeb, Zoe is Fashion.
Who would you rather dress you up? The Old and Cold Anna Wintour or the Glamorous and fashionable Rachel Zoe?
In order for this Vogue magazines to survive, sell and compete with the Internet.. they need to connect with the readers, this is where Wintour ‘s personality ultimately fails.
Rachel is fabulous and fun and accessible. Relatable.
I don’t see why she’s a joke.

I needed a good laugh… Who ever suggested Rachel Zoe Thank you, I was having a awful morning.

I would obviously want Anna to dress me. We’re laughing because Zoe would be such an awful choice. She is part of the reason red carpet fashion is so boring and uninspired now… and you want her running Vogue? The woman can barely keep the books on her comparatively small business. You should really look into ALL that it takes to RUN a magazine. Playing dress up with celebs would hardly be the most important task…. NO ONE can do what Wintour has done for American fashion. Zoe’s just some hack celeb stylist. YUCK!

STELLA MCCARTHY WILL BE A GREAT CHOICE! SHE WILL MAKE FASHION REAL!

I look forward to the day Shala Monroque, Edward Enninful, Grace Coddington are Editor in Chief of Vogue.
Rachel Zoe is ok at what she does. I don’t see her working as editor in chief, The day that happens is the day i stop my Vogue sub.
Give us Simon F, Nicola F (without nude nude nude)
Anna is doing a great job and should remain that way
Thank you very much!!

I think I should be the new editor in chief of Vogue Paris!
January 2nd, 2011
at 5:32 pm
i think that is ashamed vogue paris looses carine, but let’s wait to see who will take her position. this substitution will be very hard, because she always did a great job and the last editions of the magazine were just great!!! the birthday one and tom ford one are for collectors.
love to see dasha in her place, but i don’t think she’s strong enough for run a magazine as vogue paris that needs to be high fashion and commercial.
maybe emmanulle alt… let’s wait and see
