To clear up the “no homo” phrase – It has picked up this homophobic definition along its arduous mainstream infiltration.
It means that the person saying the words (generally a male complimenting another male – based on his aesthetics) does not mean the compliment to be taken as a “come on”…just an aknowledgement of the otherworldy qualities of his home-skillet.

And it makes the guy look completely insecure! If you’re secure enough in yourself you’re able to easily give a compliment to another guy without worrying about being labeled gay. Stating “no homo” after a compliment makes the person more suspect in my eyes … in the sense that they’re going out of their way to verify their straightness – lame!
