Well Heeled

August 13th, 2010 Posted by Janelle comments (33)

If there ever was a truly over the top shoe, it has to be this pair of vintage Vivianne Westwood platforms worn by Kate Moss in i-D’s 30th Anniversary edition. The sky high heels add more than a foot to Moss’ lithe frame, but the veteran supermodel can make just about anything look good. Kate’s frequent collaborator  Nick Knight shoots as she poses in latex and leather, but nothing can take attention away from those dominatrix heels.

Love Kate and all she do!! More one time she’s amazing dressed as a black and fetishist lady (like the Catwoman)!!

  18. trumancapote says:

it s not really a matter of inches.. no star shine like hers…kate4ever

  19. Casey says:

She looks so short in these shots. I don’t like this look on her either, I’ve always preferred the beachy bohemian look for her. Lara Stone definitely would have rocked this shoot better, anyone else would have really.

  20. GP says:

The shoes need longer legs like Nadja Auermann to look good.

  21. Leigh says:

    :O Insanely gorgeous heels!

  22. carola says:

Should’ve been Magdalena F!! But Kate looks incredible here.

  23. R says:

    Firosha! Surprise!

  25. MERRICK says:

Seriously. There is no stopping this woman. In terms of how she looks, she knows how to work the lense mastering every angle. Bone structure is amazing.

Clothes are fantastic + the heels.

Photography: that last picture is captured those strings in motion beautifully.

    Kate is the best.
