Muse Madames

September 15th, 2011 |Posted by Janelle

Muse Magazine always delights with their content and the chic mag never fails to bring out the best in the models featured inside their pages. Their double covers for fall have epic beauties Toni Garrn and Doutzen Kroes looking like goddesses and within the magazine you’ll find equally alluring images of Missy Rayder, Aline Weber and Valerija Kelava – who can resist such lush images and such stunning ladies.

Grey Days

September 11th, 2011 |Posted by Janelle

Each issue of Grey Magazine is crafted with a thoughtfulness and artistry that you don’t see much anymore. We’re in love with the fall issue’s cover of Anais Pouliot and Codie Young shot by Chadwick Tyler and styled by Valentina Ilardi MartinThe stark image creates a soulful mood and brings out the beauty in both girls. Also impressive, Tyler’s 40 page story shot in the Mercedes Benz museum in Stuttgart. Enjoy this little preview of what the issue has to offer.

Blondes have more fun and Joan Smalls proves it with a gorgeous tribute to bleached blonde popstars in V Magazine‘s Heroes Issue. The story is extravagant and completely over the top – pure Carlyne!

Pure Class

September 6th, 2011 |Posted by Janelle

Sometimes an editorial doesn’t need bells and whistles to make an impact. Case in point: Vincent Peters‘ simply beautiful story for Vogue Italia featuring Isabeli Fontana. There is nothing edgy about the story, but the combination of Peters’ cinematic lighting, Valentina Serra‘s exquisite selection of clothing and Isabeli’s beauty makes for memorable images. The vintage vibe of the entire series is an interesting contrast to some of the other stories in the issue – most notably, Meisel’s avant-garde cover shoot with Stella Tennant.

Arizona Muse.

Vogue Australia.

What is it about Arizona that compels magazines to feature her on multiple covers? Is it her winning smile, those larger than life brows, or just her innate versatility? Whatever it is we’re always happy to see Miss Muse on a set of collectable covers.
