La Canzone del Mare

September 2nd, 2014 |Posted by Janelle

The Dolce & Gabbana look is one of the most easily recognizable in fashion – the brand’s quintessentially Italian take on style is unmistakable. The dramatic nature of Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbanas clothing makes the duo’s wares perfect for editorial and Vogue Japan taps into the larger than life style of Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda with a seaside story as lively and colorful as anything you’ll see this month. Dalianah ArekionKinga Rajzak and Nadja Bender take to the shores of Capri wearing the couture collection as they perch on the edge of cliffs and pose on boats while looking like princesses – complete with gilded D&G crowns. Giovanna Battaglia and Anna Dello Russo take turns styling, creating a vivid portrait of Mediterranean glamour.

Emma Summerton creates a dream world for Vogue Japan with a fantastical story starring Bruna Rosa, Dasha Gold, Katryn Kruger, Pauline Hoarau, Sophie Touchet, Veroniek Gielkens and Zlata Mangafic. Styling superstar Giovanna Battaglia contributes an array of embellished looks from the likes of Thom BrowneMarc Jacobs and Alexander McQueen accented with a mix of vintage finds and custom add-ons from New York haberdashery, The Feather Place. The Amanda Show

August 27th, 2014 |Posted by Janelle

Nothing like an old school glamour girl to set hearts racing and get photographers inspired. At the moment the exquisite Amanda Wellsh is exactly that girl and her steady stream of only girl editorials in top tier publications shows exactly why she’s so in demand. Whether she’s channelling Béatrice Dalle in Vogue Paris, or taking it back to the swinging sixties for Vogue Australia, Amanda is always the right choice. No wonder photographers like Glen Luchford (Art Partner), Benny Horne, Sebastian Kim (Management + Artists) and Ezra Petronio can’t get enough.
