With over twenty years of experience working in the fashion industry, Mignon Matthews established MandPmodels in 1990, with the aim of creating an international boutique agency of models that work across the board. With an ever-increasing roster of UK based and International models, the bookers at mandp share the same vision and passion that allows us to both provide our models with well paid, high- profile bookings and to build an efficient and extremely close relationship with our clients.

Since its inception, both new faces and established models from MandP have created some of the most memorable editorial and campaign images of the last decade, from Lanvin and Dior through to independent magazines. MandP's current roster of talent includes a number of well known and extremely successful signature models such as William Lewis, Jasmine Poulton, Joseph Culp, Katharina Friedrich, Martin Bergman, and Randy Lebeau.

Still a boutique agency with a successful track record spanning almost two decades, this ‘boutique’ approach enables the MandP team to treat each of their models individually yet with the business edge that this fast paced industry demands. Looking to the future, MandP is constantly searching for new and innovative ways to scout throughout the world for undiscovered talent, and develop and market its models as the team remain intent upon its goal to turn this talent into hard-working international stars.
