In November 2006 Chadwick Model Agency celebrated 30 years at the top of Australia's Model Industry. Founded by recently retired Peter Chadwick, the agency is now headed by long term business partner Martin Walsh with shareholding directors Matthew Anderson [Melbourne division Manager] and Daniel Kinross [Financial Controller].

Chadwick Model Agency maintains one of the best reputations in the industry for discovering and guiding the careers of some the most recognisable faces past and present throughout world markets. Names like Elle MacPherson, Rachel Hunter, Toneya Bird, Anneliese Seubert and Travis Fimmel were discovered through Chadwick and current names like Jessica Hart [Guess] Fabienne and Louise van de Vorst lead the current roster.
